I’m Tim Hays. My work combines a business and computer science foundation from Boston College, graduate-level Applied Artificial Intelligence work at the University of San Diego, and hands-on experience with Saiph Capital and HarbourVest. I started Tim Hays Web Design to help local businesses get clean, credible websites that explain what they do, make it easy for customers to take action, and feel professional on every screen.
That background sits between business analysis, technology, and disciplined team environments. Through Saiph Capital and HarbourVest, I’ve worked with financial diligence, market research, investment analysis, and professional communication, while also building a technical foundation in deep learning, generative AI, and machine learning. I also competed as a Division I football student-athlete and served in student-athlete leadership. That mix shapes how I work: practical strategy, clear communication, and steady follow-through.
